Dr. Priya Kesarwani explains hydrodissection, a technique she uses during facelift surgery. She injects fluid to separate the layers of the face. The fluid helps numb the area, shrinks blood vessels to reduce bruising, and lets her use gentler techniques while seeing the facial anatomy clearly.

Dr. Priya Kesarwani is an Otolaryngologist–Head and Neck Surgeon (FRCSC) and a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, with fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital / Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York. She performs facial plastic surgery at Cosmedical Rejuvenation Clinic, is a surgeon in the Division of Otolaryngology at St. Joseph’s Health Centre (Unity Health Toronto) and is a Clinical Lecturer in the Department of Surgery at the University of Toronto.
